Quick note.

I ran 5 miles this morning. Stopped mid-way to adjust socks for previosly blogged deadly blisters. I’m going to take it easy for the rest of the week. Maybe hit the stationary bike tomorrow for a bit just to keep going with the endurance but otherwise I know I need to rest. (and heal my feet!) I can’t imagine not running the rest of this week but I know I need to relax my muscles and let them prepare.

Also, I’m extremely hungry lately. As in I want to eat all the time. ALL THE TIME.
